Food Tour Vietnam Style

Our first tour is a night food tour hitting 8 different food stalls / shops throughout the city. It’s a walking tour so in this heat, you don’t gain any weight. The very first stall was a vendor that made shrimp, pork somethings you wrap in lettuce, various plant leaves, and herbs. Little hesitant considering they wash the leaves in local water but our guide reassured us that purified water was used in all the stops on this tour. Gave it a try. Only problem was going into the “kitchen” area. You should never see how sausage is made, nuff said.
